| RELEASE OF LIABILITY |
| IMPACT - Mountain Resort Activities ("IMPACT") makes arrangements with suppliers who will provide activities that may involve risks, dangers and hazards. Although IMPACT tries its best to choose the most reputable suppliers, it cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions. The services are subject to the conditions imposed by these selected suppliers and their liability may, in turn, be limited. All participants are required to sign a release of liability waiver before participating in these activities. This agreement will affect your legal rights should you be involved in an accident or to be injured. IMPACT will not assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, cost or expenses arising out of personal injury, accidents or death, loss or damage of property, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from any of the following: the act or omission of any party other than IMPACT or its employees; sickness, mechanical breakdown, weather, or any other cause beyond the direct control of IMPACT; failure of participant to follow instructions of suppliers of activities. The issuance of this certificate is subject to the laws of the Province of British Columbia.

| CANCELLATION POLICY |
| Full tour price is charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of departure; 50% of tour price is charged for cancellation within 48 hours of departure.
Activity operator reserves the right to cancel tour due to weather conditions; in this case a full refund will be provided.
